Each iron door comes with pre-mounted frames and smooth taper hinges for ease of use, as well as door trim for a polished look. Our frames are carefully crafted to fit seamlessly into 2×6 construction, measuring a sturdy 7.38 inches wide on the inside of the mounting flange or 2×4 construction, measuring a sturdy 5.38 inches wide on the inside of the mounting flange and are made of sturdy 11 gauge steel for maximum durability. All parts are powder coated to protect against wear and tear.

Our customer service team is based right at our factory in Lake Havasu City, Arizona 7 days a week, so you can always get the support you need when you need it. Our doors are a robust 3 inches thick, providing an extra layer of protection. All of our hinges are CNC machined in-house using taper bearings for smooth and easy movement, and are able to handle both the side and vertical force of our doors with ease.

For added security, our custom doors come with a standard ¼ inch tempered glass center insert, but you can request that it be laminated with 3M security film for unwanted entry, bullet, bomb and blast resistance.
