Every door begins with your vision. PMG can make any and all designs “if you can dream it we can make it come to life”. We create detailed working drawings for your approval, then manufacture each unit one at a time. After forming and welding, doors are fully test-fitted with hinges, locks, hardware, and glass mounts—then disassembled, powder coated, and reassembled with commercial-grade components.

Proprietary Ball taper Bearing Hinges
Rated for up to 5,600 lbs Precision-aligned, ensuring a perfect fit during manufacturing. Built to handle the full weight of solid steel doors without sag or bind maintenance free.
Integrated into the frame, these reduce friction and wear, even under repeated high-cycle use—ideal for residential, commercial, and government applications.
Pivot Doors:
Proprietary Pivot Hinge System
Rated for up to 10,000 lbs, our pivot hardware supports massive steel doors with ease. Designed in-house, it offers smooth glide, self-centering action, and zero maintenance after install.
Pivot Placement Options:
70/30 Offset – Hinge 17″ from edge
90/10 Offset – Hinge 5.5″ from edge
These configurations provide dramatic aesthetics and smooth motion without sacrificing strength.
All hinges are tested for corrosion resistance and precision CNC-fit into each frame during manufacturing.

Every PMG door features a dual-seal system: commercial-grade pile mohair and high-quality neoprene rubber. This keeps out dust, air, water, and pests—no exceptions.
